OutdoorHQ is trip-management software built from years of hands-on experience running outdoor clubs. It's the real workflows of a full season, rebuilt once and done right, and opened up to any club that wants them.
OutdoorHQ didn't start as a product. It started with the unglamorous reality of actually running an outdoor club: organizing weekly trips, wrangling sign-ups, and keeping a whole season moving on volunteer time.
Season after season, the same hard problems kept surfacing: the everyday logistics of getting the right people onto the right trips, fairly, week after week. Off-the-shelf event tools were never built for it, so every club ends up improvising the same workarounds.
OutdoorHQ is those hard-won workflows, built into one product: multi-tenant, white-labeled, and available to any club that wants them. Nothing here is theoretical. Every feature exists because a real season needed it.
