Proven across every kind of outdoor club
All ages & abilities
Welcoming clubs running gentle day trips for a broad, growing membership.
Summit & alpine
Challenging mountain days for experienced, committed members.
Bus-based outings
Capacity-capped coach trips to distant trailheads, with waitlists that fill themselves.
Scrambling & technical
Skill-graded trips with pace groups, from relaxed strolls to technical routes.
On the trail and off it
Everything an outdoor club actually runs on
Not a generic events plugin. The exact workflows real outdoor clubs use every week.
Your brand, your domain
White-labeled top to bottom: your colours, your logo, your cover photo, your own custom domain. Members never see ours.
Registration & waitlists
Open and close sign-ups on a schedule, cap each trip, and let the waitlist fill empty spots automatically. Members browse as a list or a calendar.
Admission rules you choose
First-come, waitlist or lottery; members ahead of guests or not; bumping on or off. Set it club-wide, then override it on a single trip.
Control who gets in
Open sign-up, an approval queue your committee works through, or invite-only — plus email invites at the role and tier you pick.
Pace groups
Split a trip into A1-through-C2 pace groups, each with its own leader and route notes. Members pick where they fit.
Maps, GPX & templates
Attach route maps and downloadable GPX tracks, saved as templates that carry pace groups and your own trip fields with them.
Reaching your members
Automatic trip emails, a members-only bulletin board, and a club newsletter you write once and send to everyone — or just part of the roster.
Built for clubs, not events
Members, guests, roles, waivers, a member directory, printable sign-up sheets: the whole season, not a one-off form.
Page builder
Build your own pages, no plugins, no code
Your home and contact pages are fully editable, and you can add new ones. Write rich text, then drop in live blocks — a trip-registration widget, upcoming trips, a month calendar, your members-only bulletin, your member directory, a contact form — right where you want them. Everything inherits your club's brand automatically.
- Insert dynamic blocks inline, and they render live on the published page.
- Members-only pages, custom navigation, and your own announcements.
Welcome to the club. This season's schedule is live.
